Calcium and magnesium are the primary minerals responsible for the growth and maintenance of bones, teeth and muscles. Calcium forms the internal lattice that accounts for the structural integrity of bones. Magnesium is the mineral responsible for the formation of osteoblasts (bone cells). Equally important is that magnesium acts to release calcium from the marrow when blood serum levels are low. The formula includes vitamin D3 (calciferol), which is essential for the absorption of calcium.
Adult: Take 1 tablet twice daily with meals or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.
