I-Accel is made up of Natural Nano-Colloidal Silver combined with Aloe Vera and Aloe Vera polysaccharides. The 60 ppm colloidal silver in I-Accel are “nano”, meaning they are super small to allow for stability in solution, for better absorption to the blood and sells and additional oxidation.  Aloe Vera Polysaccharides have protective effects on the skin as they exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
