Dr. Bohdana, BSc (Hons), ND is passionate about helping others to live their best life through Naturopathic medicine. She comes from a cultural background where knowledge about herbs and their healing properties have been passed down for generations. 
Her goal had been to pursue a career in conventional medicine but a close friend’s health care journey and success with integrative methods changed her path prompting her to pursue a career in Naturopathic medicine.

Dr. Shevchenko, ND takes special interest in working with youth, young adults and women who  experience fatigue, stress related concerns, dysbiosis, cardiovascular concerns, challenging chronic diseases,  tick-born diseases and metabolic syndrome.

Her approach to making a health change is to start with comprehensive health intake, physical exams, required laboratory analysis followed by a comprehensive health plan  providing you with step-by-step advice.
She generally addresses health issues with lifestyle modifications, diet, herbs, nutraceuticals, acupuncture, body work, and collaboration with other health care practitioners.

Biography details

  • 2016 – 2020: University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon attaining Bachelor of Arts and Science with Honours majoring in Physiology and Pharmacology
  • 2020 – 2024: Post-graduate program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM-Toronto), Toronto, ON receiving a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine diploma.

During Dr. Shevchenko, ND’s final one-year of rotation she completed general shifts at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic in North York, ON where she worked mostly with women who required hormonal balance, had stress related concerns, fatigue, digestive issues, tobacco addictions, musculoskeletal concerns, skin concerns, endocrine dysfunction, nervous system imbalances, and metabolic syndrome. Additionally, during the same year of her rotation she completed a focus shift in oncology at the Integrative Cancer Clinic
