Description

Progestelle is a natural progesterone cream derived from yam that helps to balance hormone levels. In the presence of estrogen dominance (excess estrogen), many women start to notice heavier and painful menstrual cycles, bloating and breast tenderness before their cycles, have endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), uterine fibroids, or will have fibrocystic breasts. Progesterone helps to balance out elevated estrogen levels in the body and prevent many of the above listed conditions.

Xenoestrogens are foreign estrogen chemicals that are found in many household products which can create hormone imbalance in the body. It is preferable to avoid xenoestrogens while starting on Progestelle, as xenoestrogens can decrease the effect of the natural progesterone oil.

• Do not heat food or water with plastic in the microwave. Do not drink hot liquids in styrofoam or plastic cup receptacles.
• Laundry detergent is very important: change your laundry detergent because the laundry detergent cannot be fully washed from the clothes and is absorbed directly through the skin. Do NOT use dryer sheets or fabric softener; if you want to soften your clothes, use ½ cup of baking soda in the rinse cycle.
• Do not use anything on the skin with parabens or phenoxyethanol in them. This includes shampoo, soap, makeup, hand lotion, body lotion, and toothpaste.
• Avoid coffee and decaf coffee – several cups of coffee increases estradiol levels by 70%.
• No sunflower oil, no safflower oil, no cottonseed oil, no soy oil, and no canola oil.

Progestelle should be taken for a minimum of three months to see clinical results; however, you should notice changes within ten days. Progestelle should be taken as recommended by your health care practitioner.
