Each 1/4 Teaspoon: Inositol (Lipotropic Factor) – 228.1 mg (from Rice – 114.5 mg, from Inositol Haxaphosphate – 113.6 mg)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Mango and Passion Fruit Flavours from Natural Source, Stevia, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate.

Capsules

One Capsule: Calcium Magnesium Phytate – 506 mg (containing: 400 mg Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6), which contains 110 mg Inositol) and Inositol (from rice) – 100 mg

Non-Medical Ingredients: Magnesium Sterate, Silicon Dioxide, Gelatin Capsule

Suggested Use

Powder: 1/4 teaspoon (1.3 ml/0.9g) twice daily dissolved in 250 ml of water or your favourite beverage.

Capsules – Adults: 2 capsules twice daily.
